Cassie is born and raised in San Diego and holds a Marketing degree in Communications. Out of college she landed what she thought was her dream job as a Wedding Planner and from there, her experience in the hospitality/event planning industry started. Years later, Cassie found herself accepting a new and exciting position in an unknown realm to her at the time; the craft beer/biotech industry with worldwide yeast manufacturer and supplier, White Labs. She naturally worked her way up into a Marketing & Events role where she lead many company wide events, industry conferences, and trade shows local and out of state. Having a natural flair for managing social media, she was able to establish their social media platforms and grow their following across the board. During her time with White Labs, she discovered her love for craft beer and the awesome people in the craft beer community. After 3 years, Cassie got bit with the travel bug and traveled managing events across the country. She kept her love for craft beer alive by visiting as many breweries as she could in each new city and state she visited. But missing home, her beer pup Porter, and the beer industry after a couple years on the road, she found her way back and served at the helm for all marketing efforts as Director of Communications under the Abnormal Co. umbrella. Ending her tenure after a few years, she was able to grow their social media following from 12k-28.4k organically and it continues to grow.

Cassie is now passionately pursuing her dream with the birth of The Craft Cooperative. Open to share her skills and experiences and help other breweries and small businesses grow. Her creativity and drive keep her a level above the rest in her line of work, but her passion is the true driving force that shines through with everything she does.
